MicroView

Picture
MicroView is an open source, dual-licensed, 3D image viewer, currently developed by Parallax Innovations. It includes many image analysis tools and plug-ins. It can be installed on most computers running Windows XP to Win 8.1.  A version for select Linux distributions and Mac OS X systems is also available.

This software represents a new development effort, based on the original open-source version hosted on sourceforge.  It has not been officially released, but is available for early testing.  In the meanwhile, check our blog and Google+ page for regular progress updates on this product.

Developer Preview

We are busy preparing the next generation of MicroView, and are making development snapshots available for testing for an audience who doesn't mind helping us test.  A public bug tracker can be found here.  For those who prefer a more stable but older release, the 32-bit-only versions of MicroView can be found here.
